Nicole Corey Wedding Photos is a private event photo-sharing application created for a family wedding and related private reception.

Information We Collect

Event guests may voluntarily upload photos and videos through the event website and may provide their name with an upload. The application does not require wedding guests to sign in with Google and does not request access to guests' Google accounts.

How Google Drive Is Used

The application uses Google Drive API access authorized by the application owner. This access is used to copy and store event photos in Google Drive for archival purposes. Google Drive authorization is not requested from event guests.

How Uploaded Content Is Used

Photos and videos uploaded by guests are used only for the wedding and related private reception. Uploaded content may be displayed in the appropriate private event gallery and retained as part of the couple's event photo collection.

Data Sharing

Uploaded photos, videos, guest names, and Google account data are not sold. Google Drive access obtained by the application is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Event media may be temporarily stored using Cloudflare R2 storage to support event uploads and galleries. Photos may also be copied to Google Drive for permanent archival. Videos may remain in temporary event storage until they are transferred or removed by the application owner.

Google User Data

The application's access to Google user data is limited to the Google Drive permissions authorized by the application owner and is used only to provide the photo archival functionality described above.
